The numbers shown are tracking numbers. The tracking provider notes the time of each call, its length and the originating number so that calls can be counted and delivered. Recording may happen for quality review, with an announcement where required by law.

The call is delivered to an independent plumbing contractor. It may collect your name, address and a description of the problem to schedule service, and it follows its own privacy terms.
